Course Description:

Life can feel like a solitary boat adrift on a vast ocean. Taking refuge in the Triple Gem offers both a safe harbor and a steady sense of direction.

The precepts are more than rules to follow—they are a way of living with awareness, compassion, and clarity. To observe them is not only to refrain from harm, but also to protect and steady one’s own mind.

In this session, we explore how the aspiration to “benefit oneself and others” can be lived out as a practical and meaningful guide for everyday life.
